Diamond Wedding – Mr and Mrs J Wilson, Kilmarnock

Deputy Lieutenant William Stafford presented a special anniversary message to Mr and Mrs Wilson Kilmarnock who recently celebrated their Diamond Wedding. Provost Jim Todd and Cllr. Hugh Ross congratulated the couple on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
