The Lord- Lieutenant, Sheriff Iona McDonald OBE, in her role of Honorary President of the Ayrshire Branch of St John Scotland, recently visited University Hospital Ayr following the launch of the St John renal patient transport scheme. 

 

Sheriff McDonald became Honorary President of St John Scotland Ayrshire and Arran on the retiral of Lord Lang of Monkton. 

 

She is pictured above with the Chair of SJS Ayrshire and Arran, Jess Duncan, Vice-Chair John Geates and Committee member Colin McCormick, Patient Transport Lead, and with Tracy Mitchell, the latest patient transport driver volunteer.
