Diamond Wedding Presentation - Mr and Mrs Ross, Kilmarnock

Mr and Mrs Ross of Kilmarnock recently celebrated their Diamond Wedding and were presented with a Special Anniversary Message by Deputy Lieutenant, William Stafford. The couple were also presented with a basket of flowers by Cllr John Campbell Depute Provost of East Ayrshire and Cllr John Knapp.
