Diamond Wedding Anniversary, Mr and Mrs Kelly, Kilmarnock - November 2016

Mr and Mrs Kelly of Kilmarnock recently celebrated their Diamond Wedding and were presented with a Special Anniversary Message by Deputy Lieutenant William Stafford. The couple were also presented with a floral arrangement by Cllr Jim Todd, Provost of East Ayrshire and Cllr John Knapp.
