Books of Condolence

Following the sad passing of Her Majesty The Queen on Thursday 8th September 2022 the three Ayrshire local authorities have opened Books of Condolence across their respective areas.
In keeping with tradition and protocol the Lord-Lieutenant followed by the three Provosts were the first signatories in each of the books.
The Lord-Lieutenant is pictured below signing the Book of Condolence in the Dick Institute in Kilmarnock.
