Mr and Mrs Speirs of Cumnock recently celebrated their Blue Sapphire Wedding anniversary and were presented with flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council. Deputy Lieutenant Eric Ross presented them with a Special Anniversary Message from His Majesty The King.
