Blue Sapphire (65th) Wedding Anniversary, Mr and Mrs Kelly, Kilmarnock

Mr and Mrs Kelly from Kilmarnock recently celebrated their Blue Sapphire (65th) Wedding Anniversary and were presented with a Special Anniversary Message from Her Majesty The Queen by Deputy Lieutenant David Lacy. They were also presented with a floral arrangement by Cllr. John Knapp of East Ayrshire Council.
