258th Annual Dinner of the Glasgow Ayrshire Society
The Lord Lieutenant Sheriff Iona McDonald proposed the Toast to the County of Ayr at the 258th Annual Dinner of the Glasgow Ayrshire Society held recently at Brig O’ Doon Hotel, Ayr. The Society is believed to be the oldest charity in Scotland. Lord Moynihan proposed the Toast to the City of Glasgow and President Nigel Martin presided over the evening and toasted the Glasgow Ayrshire Society.
