Deputy Lieutenant David Lacy recently delivered a Special Anniversary Message from His Majesty The King to John Hamilton of Kilmarnock and congratulated him on celebrating his 100th birthday Cllr James Adams presented him with flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
